The Delhi University & Colleges Officers Association (DUCOA) represents academic officers and administrators of the University of Delhi and its affiliated colleges.
The association works to protect service conditions, academic freedom, and democratic rights of educators while promoting professional excellence and institutional development.
DUCOA acts as a collective platform for dialogue, collaboration, and advocacy in matters related to higher education administration.
To strengthen academic leadership and promote excellence in higher education administration across Delhi University.
To support officers through collaboration, advocacy, professional development, and institutional engagement.
Maintain high standards of education and administration.
Encourage cooperation among academic institutions.
Represent officers’ interests at appropriate forums.
